Q: Is Charlotte Party Rentals insured?
A: Yes! Charlotte Party Rentals is a fully insured North Carolina Company We will provide a copy of the insurance policy upon request. Municipalities, schools, churches, and other venues may contact us in advance to make the proper arrangements. The lessee or using party shall be in charge of operation after receiving each unit. Party Time Events LLC DBA Charlotte Party Rentals is not responsible for any injuries occurring to lessee or to any persons using the leased units or equipment or to any damage to personal property. We also carry commercial auto and worker’s compensation insurance.

Which cities do you deliver to?
For a full list of all cities we deliver to please view our Delivery Chart. If your event is outside of our delivery area you can still give us a call at 704-3775867 to see if we will be able to deliver, sometimes, based on the day or how many orders we have going out, we might be able to go out further than usual.

Q: Does Charlotte Party Rentals deliver to parks?
A: Yes. However, there are busy dates when we do not deliver to parks. Park deliveries take extra time and cost to accomplish and therefore we cap the number of parks we take on in a day. This is the same concept as an airline selling out of first-class seats or any other service company selling out of premium services.

Q: Aren’t all bounce companies insured?
A: No, not every bounce company in North Carolina and South Carolina is insured. Do not use a company without insurance! Charlotte Party Rentals will not compromise when it comes to doing the right thing!

RENTAL PROCESS

Q: How do I make a reservation?
A: You can call us at (704) 377-5867, you can Contact Us via our website, or you can email one of our sales representatives at Info@charlottepartyrentals.net. You may also book online 24 hours a day at our Online Store.

Q: Is a deposit required?
A: Yes. You are required to make at least a 25% deposit on all rentals. All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

How far in advance should I reserve?
A: Reserve AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Our rental equipment books up very quickly! However, if you are in a bind and need a rental on short notice, just give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. We do not confirm your reservation until a deposit has been paid.
We recommend you reserve about 1-2 weeks in advance. Please take note that Weekend Dates or Events fill up fast so it would be a good idea to reserve weeks ahead of time to ensure availability.

Q: Does Charlotte Party Rentals have a minimum order?
A: Yes. We have a $500 minimum order on all bookings.

Q: Does Charlotte Party Rentals charge a delivery fee?
A: Yes, for tents, tables, chairs, concession machines, or carnival game orders, that are not rented with an inflatable, Dunk Tank or Photo booth there is an $85 charge for set up/take down. In addition, if the location of the event is greater than 24 miles from the warehouse there is an additional travel fee based on location.

Q: How can I pay for my event?
A: You can pay your deposit using your debit or credit card. Your balance can be paid in cash, debit, or credit card. If you are a company, church, school, or other organization please Contact Us for information on your payment options. No personal checks will be accepted.

Q: Which credit cards do you accept?
A: Charlotte Party Rentals accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Do you deliver and set up the inflatables?
Yes, we handle the delivery, setup and pick up for all inflatable games; however, delivery of tables, chairs and tents is only “curbside delivery”. We will coordinate with you for the delivery and pickup times so the products are set up before your event starts and picked up after your event finishes.

What is “curbside delivery”?
“Curbside delivery” is strictly a drop-off of the items to the address requested. Setup of tables, chairs and tents is the responsibility of the renting party. We will drop off all items at the address requested and return to pick up the items. We ask that you prepare the items for pick-up just as they were dropped off; that is to say that tables, chairs and tents should be folded and put away as they were dropped off.

Q: Can I pick up my own rental?
A: No. It is required that Charlotte Party Rentals do the delivery and pick up of all rentals.

POLICIES

Q: What is your rain and wind policy?
A: If it is raining, we will not set up inflatables. If it is too windy we will not set up an inflatable. If weather conditions change after setup, no refunds will be granted. Unfortunately, we cannot predict or control the weather, but we wish we could!

What is your cancellation policy?
If you must cancel your reservation for any reason, we require you give us a 3 day notice before your event day. To view our full cancellation policy please view our Terms and Agreements.

OUR PRODUCTS

Q: How much room is needed to set up the inflatables?
A: In general, there needs to be a 3-foot buffer around the entire unit. We refer to this as the “Safe Zone”. You can find more information regarding specific dimensions on our Products pages.

Q: How much power is needed?
A: Each unit requires a 110V (standard) outlet. A dedicated outlet is preferred. Each outlet must be located within 100 feet of each unit. Generators may be rented upon request if either of these conditions cannot be met. Some equipment requires more than one electrical hookup. Generators are not included with each rental. They are an additional cost if needed.

Q: What surfaces can bouncers be set up on?
A: Bounce Houses can be set up on grass, gravel, dirt, cement, or asphalt. Please indicate surface type with your reservation. Large slides and other certain equipment must be set up on grass. Please call with any questions. We do not set up equipment on sand.

Q: Can inflatables be set up inside?
A: Yes. The area needs to be large and tall enough to accommodate each inflatable. Please Contact Us if you have any questions.

Is the Blower included?
Yes, the blowers used to pump the inflatables are included in the rental price.

Is a Generator Included?
No, if you do not have electrical power available at your setup location than you MUST rent a Generator as well. If you do have a Portable Generator and want to use that instead of renting one, you must Contact Us to make sure it will have enough power to support the inflatable/game/concession.

Is it normal to tip the driver?
Yes, tipping is greatly appreciated by our drivers. Generally in the U.S. it is customary to tip 10%-15% for services based on the level of service. Party rentals are considered a service since you technically do not purchase anything nor pay sales tax because of it.

Q: Do adults need to supervise the bouncers?
A: Yes. An adult needs to supervise each bouncer to ensure each child’s safety. We provide event staffing at an additional cost if requested.

Q: Are your inflatables clean?
A: Yes! All of our units are cleaned before and after every event. We also inspect each unit prior to use, and maintain meticulous inspection records for every piece of equipment. All of our products are fully disinfected and cleaned after every use. We take hygiene very seriously, that is why we fully inflate every product at our warehouse and clean them after they are returned.

Q: Do the inflatables get hot during summer?
A: Our bounce houses are equipped with roofs. However, it may become quite warm in the units during the hot summer months. You may want to try one of our Water Slides during the summer, or use your bouncer in the morning or evening hours.

Q: How many hours do we get the equipment with each rental?
A: Every bouncer rental is for 4 hours. Additional hours may be purchased for $10 per hour. Some equipment, such as photo booths, are an hourly charge, based on the cost of the equipment and supplies.

Q: Can Charlotte Party Rentals provide an attendant to supervise the bouncer?
A: Yes, please ask for this additional service when you reserve your equipment.

Q: Is there a cleaning fee?
A: No, not for normal usage. However, if excessive cleaning is needed, a minimum fee of $50 will be assessed.

Q: Can we use silly string on the bouncers?
A: No!! Silly string ruins vinyl. A minimum $500 replacement fee will apply if silly string stains equipment.

Q: How much time prior to the event does Charlotte Party Rentals set up?
A: We generally set up 30 minutes to a few hours before the party start time. Your rental charge is for the party time only!

Q: How much ice is needed for the Snow Cone machine?
A: Half pound of ice per serving. Example: For 100 servings you will need 50 pounds of ice.

How old are your inflatables?
All of our inflatables are fairly new, almost none of our inflatables are more than 4 years old. We always renew our products to make sure they have all of the latest safety features in the industry.

Are your inflatables and games safe?
Yes. All of our inflatables have safety rules near the entrance which must be followed by all users. Our inflatables also have all of the latest safety features that are in the industry.

What age groups are the inflatables for?
Inflatables are generally good for all ages. Some inflatables are more suited for smaller kids, some more suited for teens or adults. Please refer to each products page or contact us for more detail.

What happens if a product malfunctions?
It is rare for a product to malfunction, but if it does happen during your event we recommend you give us a call so we can help access the problem. If it is needed, we will send out a driver or someone from our company to fix the problem or bring a replacement product.

Q: Do you offer discount, multi unit discount, and specials?
A: Yes do offer them, but you are unable to be combined with each other.

Charlotte Party Rentals reserves the right to charge additional fees for restricted delivery times, park deliveries, and distance charges. Charlotte Party Rentals does sell out most weekends and we cannot guarantee that all products listed on our website are available at all times. Charlotte Party Rentals may have delivery minimum charges on busy dates.
