Our minimum order is $160, not including any delivery fees or taxes.

How do I place an order?

1. Online using our website.

You can browse by product or look up rentals available for your specific data and time. Put your rentals in the shopping cart, then checkout just like any common online shopping website.

What payment method can I use?

We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express credit and debit cards. We accept cash for any remaining balance on the rental day.

Do I need to make a deposit with my order?

Yes, all orders require a $50.00 minimum deposit by credit card or debit card.  Deposits are Non-refundable.  If you cancel 2 to 29 days prior to your rental date, you will be given a raincheck that is good for 1 year. If you cancel order your order the day prior or day of the the event you will be charged the full rental amount of your.

What do the rental prices include?

All inflatble rentals include setup, take down, and removal. All power cords and power cord extensions are included in your rental price.

In a few cases you need to provide basic accessories for some products. For example, if you rent a cooler, you need to provide your own ice.

When you rent from Party Time Events, your rental time is the time you are using the equipment. You do not have to rent extra time for delivery, setup and removal.

Your rental includes consultations with the owner, Chris Epps, in advance as you require. A trained team member will assist you on your event day. You may contact us at anytime if you have questions or concerns.

How far in advance do I need to order my party rentals?

Make your reservation as soon as possible. This insures the rentals you want for the date you want. It's not unusual for customers to reserve weeks or months in advance.

Where does Party Time Events deliver?


We cover about a 50 mile radius of Charlotte from Salisbury to Clover (SC), Hickory to Albemarle, Shelby to Harrisburg, Statesville to Lancaster (SC).

 

We will deliver beyond our standard area, but you should try renting closer to home to avoid our delivery fees. We're happy to provide a quote for any distance, or to suggest a party rentals company closer to your event.

How much do you charge for delivery, setup and removal?

Delivery fees vary based on distance. Delivery is free for event locations in Mecklenburg County, plus Belmont, Concord, , Harrisburg, and Indian Trail.  All chair, concession machine, table, and tent only orders our subjuct to a $75.00 delivery fee.

Who will deliver, setup and remove the equipment?

An experienced Party Time Events team member will handle all delivery, setup and removal.

When do you deliver, setup and remove the equipment?

Delivery, setup and removal occur outside of your rental time.

 

 

The exact timing of delivery, setup and removal depend upon your specific event details and the number of events we are servicing at that time.

In general, delivery and setup occurs between 30 minutes and 4 hours prior to your rental start time. Removal generally begins within an hour of your rental end time.

What ages are appropriate for your equipment?

Our bounce houses and most of our party equipment is appropriate for ages 2 to adult.

How many children can fit in the bounce houses?

This depends on the age of the children. Our bounce houses and bounce house combos can hold up to 12 children at once. On average they will hold 6.

How clean is your equipment?


Cleanliness is second only to safety at Party Time Events. We take great pride in the cleanliness of our equipment. All our equipment is cleaned, disinfected and inspected for cleanliness before we deliver it to you.
